When Maddie is not working, she loves writing YA fantasy novels, spending time with her husband and two boys, and enjoying life in Texas.

Jenna Benton is a published author, book coach, premium ghostwriter, and course creator with over three decades of writing and publishing experience. Her work spans books, articles, screenplays, and curriculum projects, including a Homeland Security training program now being implemented nationwide. She excels at crafting persuasive web and advertising copy, has served as the editor of two magazines, and applies her grant writing expertise to help organizations secure vital funding and achieve their missions.

In addition to coaching writers individually, Jenna contributes her talents to Shannon and Co., turning creative visions into reality.

Abigail Fitzgerald is a dedicated Administrative Assistant at Shannon and Co., where she brings strong organizational skills, initiative, and a commitment to excellence. A graduate of CDA Charter Academy in May 2024, Abigail is currently pursuing an Associate of Applied Science in the Paralegal program at North Idaho College.

With a natural talent for leadership and organization, Abigail has always been proactive in her roles, whether in the workplace or the community. During her senior year of high school, she served as the leader of the United Together Club, where she spearheaded a successful community-wide prom dress drive—an achievement she takes great pride in. She is passionate about learning, problem-solving, and assisting others, always striving to make a meaningful impact in both professional and community settings.
